DoEd Review
April 2021
To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to offer my high recommendation for Cynthia Skief.
I am a federal program manager and have worked with Cynthia Skief over the past nine years. Cynthia has conducted excellent service as a discretionary grant evaluator reviewer and her contribution to our efforts are been incredibly valuable.
Cynthia works seamlessly with individuals from differing backgrounds. Cynthia’s leadership skills emerge in team settings. Cynthia can motivate her team members to excellence while exhibiting a strong work ethic to completing assignments.
There was an occasion when one of our team members could not fulfill the assigned obligation to our project. Cynthia became of the situation and volunteered to pick up where the team member stopped. Cynthia completed her work assignment, as well as this team members assignment, thoroughly, expertly, and ahead of the scheduled completion time.
Cynthia’s attitude and spirit exudes confidence, and grace which is the reason others are grateful for the opportunity to work with her.
I consider Cynthia a “save-the-day’ Superstar and believe that she is an asset to anything she puts her hands to do.
To choose Cynthia Skief is to choose success.
Sincerely,
JOsborne
